At Cue the Mat, every mat is made to order with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Processing Time

All of our doormats are made to order.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • UK Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your mat’s journey to your door.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you still need help, contact us at sales@cuethemat.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
